What this site is

Monroe Fence Pros is a marketing and referral service. It publishes general information about fence installation and repair and helps homeowners and businesses get in touch with an independent, locally owned contractor. Monroe Fence Pros is not a contractor. It does not perform, supervise or guarantee any work, and it does not employ the people who do.

The contractor is independent

When you call or send a request, it goes to an independent contractor. That contractor is not an employee, agent, partner or joint venturer of Monroe Fence Pros. The contractor alone sets its prices, gives its quotes, schedules and performs the work, and is responsible for its licensing, permits, insurance, workmanship and any warranty it offers. Any contract, payment or agreement for work is solely between you and the contractor.

Your responsibility

Before hiring anyone, verify the contractor's license (where one is required), insurance and references, and get the scope, price and any warranty in writing. You decide whether to hire a contractor, and that decision is yours alone.

Calls to the number on this site may be recorded and are forwarded to the contractor. Information you submit through the form is shared with the contractor so they can respond. See the privacy policy.
